1. Personal Training – Our Specialty! $45/30 minutes or $95/Hr (Trust me… you don’t want an hour – this is the D.A.M.I.T. Program). Designed specifically for YOU to get you there the quickest way we can! Includes Assessment, meal plan, nutrition coaching, weight & measurements, and constant one-on-one attention. 10 session minimum due at sign up. Price goes down with the more sessions you purchase.
2. Semi-Private Personal Training – Groups from 2-4; $25 PP/30 minutes – more intense conditioning, more strength. 10 session minimum preferred. weigh-in, measurements, and you also get that one on one with a trainer and a program that is specifically designed for your particular group goals. Example: a group of 2-4 women over 40 vs. a group of 2-4 17 year old girls trying out for cheer leading – completely different exercises and fitness goals.
3. Group Fitness SPECIAL GOING ON NOW! HOLLY’S BOOT CAMP & TABATA CLASSES WILL RUN EVERY 30 MINUTES ALL DAY (BEGINNING AT 6:30 AM) MONDAY – THURSDAY (UNTIL 6:00 PM) & ON SATURDAYS FROM 7-11 AM – SIGN UP HERE! $49 UNLIMITED CLASSES FOR THE REMAINDER OF SEPTEMBER!!!
Regular Pricing: Tabatas, Boot Camp, Etc. $20 per class or $199 Unlimited/month -cardio & conditioning w/some strength training. There is an instructor, but the classes are pre-designed for anyone at all levels -Classes are 30 minutes, Boot camps are 1 hour and need to be worked up to (You’ve been warned, LOL) … Group Fitness is a class type high intensity, no stopping continuous work out…. atmosphere! You’ll love it!
4. Open Gym- Regular $149 per month But through September – ONLY $99!!!!! 1 year contract/EFT or pre-pay is required. 30 day Trainer on site to assist- but NOT train. Limited size -AND FLOOR PRIORITY!every 30 minutes -sign ups are REQUIRED. – PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENTS GET EQUIPMENT
